Pain Relief After 1 session
For many years I experienced pain in my lower back, upper back, & neck due to injuries, arthritis and several car accidents which resulted in a serious neck injury. I lived with that pain for over 30 years. Other mainstream treatments like chiropractic and massage had only left me with temporary relief. Within 6 hours after my first session in the Harmonic Egg® I noticed a drastic reduction in pain, and freedom of mobility. After my second session, I could finally shoulder check while driving without having to turn my entire body, and felt freed up in my neck and shoulder. The 3rd session was icing on the cake! Now, 3 months after my 1st session, my pain has been reduced by 80%, and mobility improvement of 50-60%. I am still experiencing relief, and haven’t had to go to a chiropractor or massage since my 3 sessions in the Egg. It’s amazing, but I don’t understand it! Kathleen was very instrumental in my recovery. She was thorough, kind and caring, and made the session so much easier. I can’t say enough about her and the Egg.

Finding Peace
From the moment I walked in I felt so at peace, this space has great energy...my first experience here was with the Egg. Kathleen makes you feel so welcomed, she is a great listener and is so very knowledgeable about the body, energy and spirituality. I highly recommend this type of treatment for stress and anxiety, the egg helped calm my anxiety and release some negative feelings I was feelings. I do believe we also have to put the work in ourselves internally and externally for these types of treatments to really have a positive effect on our lives. I have only had one session with the Egg so far but I plan to continue with more. As I continue on my journey with this treatment I will update my review. Early Childhood Trauma Release
My sessions with Kathleen have been transformative. I’ve had moderate success with EMDR therapy to help me to get past some early childhood trauma. My first two sessions in the Egg were amazing and calming. My third was mind boggling.
As a victim of early childhood abuse, I have had trouble identifying who “I” am. I know how others see me, and I know that I am loved as I am, but who is “I?” I have very few memories from childhood, so there have been few answers for me there.
In my third session, I was able to unlock and experience a memory from when I was about three or four. I remember crawling up the stairs in the back hall of my grandparents’ home. The sun on me; the rough edges of the stairs under my knees as I crawled up them; the smell of garlic, onions, potatoes, and dirt; and a feeling of perfect, unadulterated love.
This experience helped me to connect to a me that existed before my abuse, and it helped to resolve the identity crisis that I was experiencing.
I don’t know if I will ever have such a vivid experience again, but I will continue this work. As an atheist that was mystified by my experience with EMDR, I was open to the Egg, and I’ve been rewarded.

Vertigo Relief
I am literally almost at a loss of words for the treatment I have received by Kathleen, the founder of Harmonic Wellness Centre. Having suffered from vertigo for over a decade. Exhausting all options Western medicine had to offer, from medication, countless neurologist, vestibular rehabilitation, physio therapy, I could honestly write a novel. I Never Wanted To Leave
I first heard of the Harmonic Egg when a friend posted about it on Facebook. It was a totally new concept to me, although I generally love anything that has to do with lights, energy, and music. I knew immediately I wanted to try it. The moment I walked into the space, I felt welcome. The decor, the music, the fragrances drew me right in. Little did I know how much I would truly love it.
The initial questioning period with Kathleen was loving, friendly, and insightful. We connected right away and laughed a lot, even as we discussed areas I wanted relief from. She was very thorough and took the time to understand me and my needs.
What can I say about the actual Harmonic Egg experience, except I never wanted to leave. The egg has a vibe that can only be experienced. Combine it with music chosen specifically for me and lighting intended to accentuate my experience -- it was just so very cool.
I have been back a half dozen times, and each experience has been delightful. The music is selected each time to enhance my particular need, as is the lighting. And of course, hanging with Kathleen is icing on the cake. I heartily recommend it as a healing/relaxing/therapeutic modality.
