The Harmonic Egg®

The Harmonic Egg® is built with sacred geometry, light, colour, and sound technology to surround the client with a custom tailored immersive experience. By containing and amplifying the sound resonance within the chamber, the client receives a 3D sound session that is precisely controlled, consistent, and repeatable. This auditory relaxation holds the client in a place of deep calm and rest, allowing the listener’s highest intention to flow through them, creating beautiful shifts in consciousness.


Each Harmonic Egg session begins with a brief discussion about what the client would like to address during the session; the practitioner will then choose the lights and song piece to address the purpose for the session. The client is then placed in the zero gravity chair where they are tilted back to their comfortability, and spent 40 minutes immersed in the music, followed by 10 minutes of silence to assist in integrating their session.

  • Who can benefit from this service?

    The Harmonic Egg is a unique sound chamber that is meant for every body including  babies, children,  teens, adults, seniors, and women who are pregnant. If you are looking to bring balance into your day, and enter into a deep state of relaxation then this is the service for you!

  • What is the cost?

    Please note that our session costs differ from those at other centres because we offer 85-minute sessions, whereas many other centres provide 70-minute sessions.

  • Is this service covered by healthcare benefits?

     At Harmonic Wellness Centre, our practitioner for the Harmonic Egg, Kathleen Haase, is a registered social worker. This means that sessions with Kathleen can be claimed through your healthcare benefits, provided you have coverage for social worker services. This is a unique feature to Harmonic Wellness Centre!

Energy Healing

Energy Wellness sessions are often used to help balance the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies that make up each individual. Each energy session is unique to the client being served, as it is your energy and intentions that guides the session! Some common techniques used during the session are chakra clearings and healings, past life blockage removals, intrusive energy and entity removals, soul retrievals, negative thought pattern removals, Reiki, and grounding exercises.

  • Who can benefit from this service?

    Anyone who is looking to improve their quality of life, is trying to achieve a greater energetic balance, and those who want to connect with their Angels and Spirit Guides.

  • What are the advantages?

    Clients often report a  deep state of relaxation, relief of aches and pains, and a greater understanding of the dis-ease within their body.  After achieving an energetic balance, clients often report relief from pain, anxiety, depression, and an overall sense of peace.

  • What is the cost?

    Each session is $100/hour, and sessions 90 minutes.

We are all biochemically unique, and as such we have individual needs; this includes our nutrition. Whether you’re looking to address a specific area of your body, help balance your chakras, or strengthen your mind body connection, holistic nutrition can be a wonderful tool.

    Anyone looking to take control of their own health and wellbeing by managing any symptoms they may be experiencing, as well as anyone looking to live a more balanced life using a natural approach. 

  • What are the advantages?

    By focusing on the interconnectedness of the body, holistic nutrition can have many advantages. Often when working in one system clients will start to see an improvement in other systems as well. Some benefits clients experience include an increase in energy, better sleep, better digestion and decreased inflammation.
